Marcela Botero

Originally from the Midwest, Troy has over 20 years of coaching experience. He was a former collegiate player and holds certifications from the USPTA, TIA, USTA, and ISSA. As a General Manager, Troy oversees the Strategic Growth of BCT Academy. This includes but is not limited too; Programming, Business Development, Budgets, P&Ls, Quality Assurance, Contracts, Sponsors, Vendors, Partners, and Staffing. He is active in community and team tennis, leagues, tournaments, multiple charities, and fundraisers.

Originally From Colombia, Marcela is bi-lingual and is fluent in Spanish/English. Her background is in Operations and Marketing. Marcela wears many hats at BCT Academy starting with managing the daily operations that includes scheduling and booking of Players and Pros. She oversees all aspects of account management and is the single point of contact for all the city courts as well as the Parks and Recreations departments. In addition, Marcela is responsible for Accounting, Payroll, and Human Resources.

Fabrice Saint-Elie

Michael Phillips in an Elite-USPTA professional and has been coaching tennis for 20+ years. Originally from Florida, where he played College Tennis, he later went on to coach multiple NCAA teams and USTA Teams. After moving to New York, he spent more than decade managing the tennis program at the New York Sport’s Club in Brooklyn. Today, Michael lives Los Angeles and continues to compete in Open Level Tournaments, Charity Exhibitions, and Pro-AMs. As the Director of Tennis at Beach City Tennis Academy, Michael manages all aspects of tennis programming for Adults, Juniors, and 10 and Under players.

Fabrice Saint-Elie is a coach with over 30 years of tennis experience. His Tennis career started in Atlanta, Georgia where he was trained by D1 collegiate coaches.

Fabrice uses a patient, but exacting approach to teaching based on thousands of hours of observation, and tailors every lesson to each player's individual physical and emotional needs. Through his personalized learning, and patient problem solving, anyone can learn, improve, and enjoy tennis more each lessson.

In addition to his teaching skills, Fabrice speaks 4 languages, and is a former Attorney. He is a skilled conversationalist, and looks forward to connecting with new students while growing their love for the game of tennis.
