Compensation: VERY Competitive;
Hourly Rate Up to $50+/Hour D.O.E
Experience: Certified/Licensed Tennis Professional, College degree preferred but not required. 3+ years instruction.
Qualifications: – Deep knowledge of the intricacies of the game of tennis. USPTA or PTR certification, USTA 10 & Under Certification required, Preferred candidate with NTRP of 4.0 rating or higher. Proven ability build upon new clients quickly using existing programs to grow revenue. Comply with all applicable compliance and safety regulations and directives. Ability to teach all levels of tennis participants (Youth, Juniors, Adults,/ Beginner, Intermediate, & Advanced).
Overview: Provide outstanding customer service, charismatic enthusiasm about the sport of tennis on and off the court. Requirements include the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and potentially holidays. Conduct private lessons, group classes, camps, and clinics. As a 1099 contractor you will be responsible for providing all equipment
for classes and lessons. The selected candidate will be punctual, honest, and a strong communicator. The position requires extended periods of standing and physical demands therefore the instructor must have good dexterity.
